Terms of Use

Effective July 13, 2026

These terms cover the Bolo! app and the Bolo! Plus subscription. We have kept them short and honest; using the app means you agree to them.

Using Bolo!

Bolo! is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use by your family on Apple devices you own or control. Please don’t copy, resell or redistribute the app or its content.

Free and Plus

The free part of Bolo! (Gujarati trails 1 to 5 and the opening of the Hanuman Chalisa) is free forever; there is no trial that expires. Bolo! Plus is an optional auto-renewing subscription that unlocks everything else, including new languages and new trails as they ship.

Subscriptions

Prices are shown in USD; the App Store bills in your local currency and may adjust regional pricing. Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it any time in your App Store subscription settings; you keep Plus until the paid period ends. Refunds are handled by Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com.

A subscription covers one child’s journey, so their progress and their buddy stay their own. Family Sharing is not enabled for Bolo! Plus today.

Our content

All illustrations, animations, recordings and Kapi himself belong to Bolo! and are protected by copyright. The Hanuman Chalisa is a centuries-old devotional text that belongs to everyone; our illustrated scenes and recordings of it are our own work.

Staying honest

Bolo! is provided as is. We work hard to keep it delightful and reliable, but we can’t promise it will always be free of bugs, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for indirect damages from using it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law of your home country.

Apple’s agreement

Bolo! is distributed through the App Store, so Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies where these terms don’t say otherwise.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, the date above moves and the change is called out plainly. We will never change what “free forever” means.
